There will be a Welsh Knockdown Squad Training this Sunday, 6th of March.
The session will be held 10am – 12.30pm at Abercynon Sports Centre alongside the junior squad. The provisional date for the Wales v Ireland has been set for the 7th of May. Fighters will be paired against opponents of equal ability, so it is a good opportunity for fighters with little or no knockdown experience. Those fighters looking to be selected should let Sensei Roger know they wish to be considered for the event.
