Our annual Waterfall training we be held on Sunday 8th January 2017. Meeting at 10.45am at The Lamb Hotel, Chapel Road Aberdare CF44 9JX.
We will be starting the run at 11.00am. This event is open to everyone but only students 16 years and older will be eligible to train under the waterfall it’s self.
As always the reasoning behind the waterfall training is to start the new year off as you mean to go on. So let’s make this a memorable event and spread the word to all our kyokushin family near and far Osu.
After training we will be going back to the Lamb for a tea/ beer and a roll which we ask everyone to contribute £1 towards.

Please Note:
The Waterfall Training session is being filmed by a Welsh Language TV Company who will also be interviewing a few members. We will also be having professional photographs taken by a photographer.
Due to health and safety the main camera crew will be waiting for us at the waterfall. One of the presenters will be waiting at the The Lamb Hotel and will follow us up to the waterfall.
